Welcome to a new MTA/MCPFR publication: MTA Issue Briefs. These will be semi-regular, “mini-research reports” addressing a variety of issues relevant to current tax and spending debates. .
We also hope Issue Briefs also provide members of the MTA to participate in our research agenda. Want an answer to some nagging public policy question chased down? Wondering how other states are responding to an issue? Wondering how Minnesota compares to other states on some topic? Send us your ideas and we’ll do our best to put something together.
